Who we are
MERGE Buildwise Trading Corp. ("MERGE", "we", "us") is a construction and trading company registered in the Philippines, with office address at 3005 F.Y. Manalo St., Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website, consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What this website collects
This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.
- Inquiry details. The project inquiry builder on our contact page composes a message on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us until you send that message yourself through your own email app, or contact us directly by email or phone. We receive only what you send: typically your name, company, contact details, project location, and scope.
- Checklist progress. Free resource checklists save your ticked items in your browser's local storage, on your device only. We never see this data, and you can clear it anytime through your browser settings.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical request data needed to deliver the font files.
How we use your information

- To coordinate site visits, proposals, and projects you engage us for
- To keep records required by law, such as tax and accounting records
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share information only when needed to serve you (for example, with a crew supervisor scheduling your site visit), when required by law or lawful government request, or with service providers such as our email and hosting providers who process it on our behalf.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the project plus the record-keeping periods required by Philippine law.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have rights to be informed about, access, correct, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to request its deletion where legally permissible. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@mergebuildwise.com with the subject line "Data privacy request". You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
