ZAM Jobs is a free remote job board and the second of ZAM’s CSR projects. Employers post as many real remote roles as they have without a credit card; candidates apply without an account or a subscription; nobody pays to rank higher. Every listing shows the pay range, exactly who can apply, the hours of overlap needed and the date the employer last confirmed the role is still open.

What every listing shows

• A pay range in a named currency. "Competitive" is not accepted.
• Who can apply: worldwide, a region, or a list of countries, plus required time-zone overlap.
• Verified Company, Actively hiring and Responsive badges earned by behaviour, never bought.
• Posted date, last-confirmed date and applicant count, so a ghost job cannot hide.

How it stays trustworthy

A company’s first post is read by a person. Every fourteen days the employer confirms the role is still open with one click; silence archives it. Commission-only roles, roles that charge applicants, training fees, network marketing and resold candidates are refused.
