What exactly do I get from the $495 Systems Audit?
A 10 minute intake on your side, then within 5 business days: a systems map of your current stack, a SaaS savings sheet showing what we would replace and what that saves per year, and a prioritized roadmap with fixed quotes. It is fully remote, no call required, and the $495 is credited toward any Build within 30 days.
Is the $495 Systems Audit one of the four tiers?
No, and we deliberately stopped showing it as one. At $495 it sits just below where Tier 2 starts, so read as a rung a buyer would take the cheaper one expecting a system and receive a report instead. It is the on-ramp: what you buy when you do not yet know which rung you are on. The fee credits in full against whichever tier you choose within 30 days.
What is the difference between the Digital Library and ZAM Systems?
Who does the work, and whether it is still running next year. Tier 1 is a template you download and put to work yourself, at $97 to $497. Tier 2 is a system we have already built, installed into your business by us and kept hosted, updated and supported, at $500 to $1,500 to set up and $50 to $200 a month. The price gap between them is small on purpose. The difference is not the money.
Why can I not buy ZAM Systems yet?
Because it does not exist yet, and we would rather say so than take money for it. Tiers 1, 3 and 4 are live and taking money today. Tier 2 is the rung the ladder was written to close, and what goes inside it is being decided now. There is a waitlist on the pricing page and we will write to you when it opens.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes, and the money follows you. Strategy Day and Build fees are credited in full toward your first Embedded Partner month if you continue, and the Systems Audit fee credits against whichever tier you pick within 30 days. Nothing you buy lower down is wasted if you climb.
What does "you own it" actually mean?
The systems we build are handed over to you: the code, the data, the accounts. No per-seat pricing, no renewals, no vendor between you and your own operation. In our own company that approach retired 21 paid subscriptions.
How do you decide whether we are Growth or Enterprise?
Your current headcount, and nothing else. One to 80 staff is Growth at $15,000 per month. Above 80 staff is Enterprise at $20,000 per month. It is the same partnership either way, so the number you give us on the pricing page is the number we work from.
How long is the commitment?
Six months at the same monthly rate. One month is not long enough to feel the difference. Six months is where the improvements and the metrics actually show up, so that is the term, and the rate does not move during it. The 14 day free trial happens before any of that starts.
Can we pause the partnership?
Yes, any time, for up to three months. Everything we built keeps running and stays owned by you while you are paused. If a paused subscription is not resumed within three months it closes automatically. You still keep every system, and we come back when you want more growth.
What does the monthly actually buy?
Work, never a licence. Every month we are embedded: building, improving, supporting, training the team, and onboarding your people. You already own the tools, so we never charge you to keep using them. Stop paying and you keep everything built.
Will you change the way our team already works?
If a process already works we do not replace it. We build the operating system around that process and improve it, so your SOPs stay your SOPs and the team keeps working the way it already knows.
How do payments work?
Card and PayPal directly on this site, or bank transfer via Wise. The Embedded Partnership bills as a monthly subscription. Strategy Day and Build fees are fully credited to your first Embedded month if you continue.
