ZAM

We build one operating system that runs your whole business, and you own it outright

ZAM started in Toronto in March 2026 and now builds from Manila and Spain. We run a ~200-person logistics company on systems we built, and we work the same way with clients: embedded, hands-on, and accountable for the outcome.

What ZAM stands for

Zero Admin Machines. A business that runs without its owner in the middle of it. We learn how the place actually runs, then close the gaps with one system rather than another tool that will not talk to the rest.

What we stand for

You own what we build: the code, the data, and the accounts. No per-seat pricing, no renewals, and no vendor between you and your own operation. AI and automation are added only where they earn their place.

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind ZAM?
Julian Zamora, a senior embedded partner and fractional operations consultant for owner-operated businesses worldwide. We run a roughly 200 person logistics company on systems we built, and we work the same way with clients: embedded, hands-on, and accountable for the outcome.
How is ZAM different from an agency or a freelance developer?
An agency hands you deliverables and leaves, and a developer builds what you spec. We embed in the business, audit how the work is really done, close the gaps with tools you own, then stay to train the team and keep improving it.
Who owns the systems you build?
You do. That means the code, the data, and the accounts. There is no per-seat pricing, no renewal you cannot cancel, and no vendor sitting between you and your own operation.
